Concept

/// A live fan experience designed to translate VALORANT’s gameplay, identity, and community into a participatory environment—where fans weren’t just attending, but becoming part of the experience itself.

Development

Development

/// Led activation development and visual direction—translating gameplay logic, player identity, and social connection into a cohesive physical experience.

a / b site

a / b site

/// The experience was structured around A Site and B Site—translating VALORANT’s map logic into physical space. Each zone carried a distinct tone: A Site prioritized open, social moments, while B Site leaned into darker, high-intensity immersion—mirroring the contrast players experience within the game itself.

step into the round

/// Designed as a real-world interpretation of VALORANT’s buy phase, the entry tunnel used synchronized audio, lighting, and in-game cues to build anticipation as fans moved through the space.

The sequence culminated in a simulated barrier drop—paired with Phoenix’s ultimate and a full ace using the 2025 Champions Vandal—resolving in the Champions anthem to anchor the moment in that year’s event.

WEARABLE IDENTITY

/// Designed to make fan participation visible at scale, the agent sleeve system translated in-game identity into physical expression.

Guests selected agent-inspired designs before moving through a live UV application process, resulting in glow-in-the-dark sleeves that carried into the arena—turning fans into a visible extension of the experience on broadcast.

COMMUNITY DESIGN

/// To translate VALORANT’s team dynamics into a physical environment, the experience was organized around role-based zones—Duelist, Sentinel, Controller, and Initiator.

Each zone acted as a hub for players with similar playstyles, creating natural points of connection across the space. Programming, meet-and-greets, and appearances from pro players, creators, and voice actors were integrated into these zones—turning them into active social environments rather than static areas.

SHAREABLE DESIGN

/// Designed for shareability, the environment embedded photo moments across both A Site and B Site—turning the entire space into a content surface.

Layered key art, player cards, and large-scale tacti ANIMAL inflatables created high-impact backdrops from every angle, allowing fans to capture and share moments naturally as they moved through the experience.

The result was an experience that extended beyond the fan fest
itself—appearing on broadcast, living across social, and reinforcing
VALORANT’s identity through its players.
